Accessible legal support in estate and personal law for people who cannot otherwise use the services of a notary. The service helps people understand or initiate procedures such as the homologation of a mandate of protection, the opening of a guardianship or the settlement of an estate, for those who are eligible.

The Small Claims Program provides legal information and personalized support at every stage of a case before the Small Claims Division. It helps you prepare for mediation and better understand and assess the advisability of arbitration. The Small Claims Course helps you understand the process, prepare your case and your hearing, and evaluate the options available to settle your dispute.

Youth mediation

Supervised by a neutral, impartial mediator, the process encourages dialogue, collaboration, mutual understanding and the search for solutions in the child's best interests. It is offered to families whose situation is under the care of the DPJ and who meet the service's eligibility criteria.

The Justice allié-e-s service offers support tailored to people from diverse sexual and gender backgrounds, facilitating access to legal and psychosocial support.
