Small claims course

The Parcours Petites Créances service supports people who are considering filing a claim or who are already involved in a file before the Small Claims Division, whether they are suing or being sued, at every stage of their journey (before, during and after).

All regions except Mauricie

This free, confidential service offers clear information and personalized support to help you better understand your rights, your options and the steps in the process.

You can also get support if your file is sent to meditation (mandatory or voluntary) or if you are considering arbitration. Our team can help you better consider these avenues.

Be prepared for your consultation

While not required, preparing for your meeting can help you get the most out of it. Gather all relevant documents related to your case (contracts, letters, evidence, emails, procedures, etc.). Write down your questions and points you want to discuss. Clearly explaining your situation and needs will help you receive tailored support.
