Assistance in notarial law - ADN

Access to a notary can be difficult for some people; the ADN service offers free consultations and low-cost legal support in inheritance and personal law, for eligible people who cannot otherwise consult a notary.

Accessible to people meeting certain eligibility criteria, it helps them understand or initiate procedures such as the homologation of a protection mandate, the opening of a guardianship or the settlement of an estate. The service offers mandates of limited scope, adapted to each person’s priority needs and social situation, with personalized psychosocial support to ensure respectful and inclusive accompaniment.

The ADN service is offered to eligible individuals who are unable to access a notary otherwise, and who reside in the regions where this service is offered. An assessment of the person’s financial and social situation will be carried out to determine eligibility for the service.
