Justice allies

This free service is aimed at people from the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and their loved ones. It offers legal and psychosocial support adapted to their realities, regardless of the area of law involved.

Thanks to a team of lawyers and psychosocial counsellors trained in sexual and gender diversity issues, the service offers confidential, inclusive support that is sensitive to each person’s experience. Justice allié-e-s aims to create a safe space for listening and support, to facilitate access to legal information and to assist with legal procedures, while respecting each person’s identity.

What we
can do

Justice allié-e-s offers free, confidential and inclusive support, sensitive to the realities and experiences of 2SLGBTQIA+ people. You can meet with a lawyer and a psychosocial worker to obtain legal and psychosocial support tailored to your situation, as well as ongoing, respectful support throughout your legal proceedings.

This service offers you :

  • an inclusive and safe space to better understand your rights
  • support adapted and sensitive to 2SLGBTQIA+ realities
  • respectful and confidential discussion of your legal issues
  • specialized legal support from a lawyer and a psychosocial counsellor

How do I access?

The Justice Allié-e-s service is offered in collaboration with Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi Thérèse-De Blainville to people living in the Laval, Laurentides and Lanaudière regions.
